Hi, I’m Milan Baudelaire, Automation & Workflow Designer at Thread & Flow Solutions LLC.
Before I ever touched a workflow or an automation tool, I spent nearly a decade running my own massage therapy practice — solo. Like many small business owners, I was doing everything myself: managing clients, scheduling, invoicing, emails, marketing… all before even starting my day’s real work.
Out of necessity, I started experimenting with simple systems — first an online booking page, then automated reminders, then dashboards that helped me track client care and income without the chaos of sticky notes. What began as survival soon became obsession.
When the pandemic hit, that obsession turned into a mission. As solopreneurs everywhere lost staff, support, and stability, I realized how fragile most small businesses were without efficient systems behind them. I wanted to fix that.
That’s why I built Thread & Flow Solutions LLC — to help solopreneurs and small business owners simplify, streamline, and scale sustainably. My goal is to protect the time, energy, and creativity that got you into business in the first place.
